Nokia appoint Justin Hotard as new CEO

- Nokia announced the appointment of Justin Hotard as new CEO, replacing Pekka Lundmark
- Hotard brings over 25 years of experience with global technology companies, currently leading the Data Center & AI Group at Intel
- Lundmark served as President and CEO of Nokia since 2020 and will continue as an advisor until the end of the year
- The Financial Times reported that Nokia was searching for a replacement for Lundmark due to falling sales
- Lundmark decided to step down to move his career in a different direction
- Hotard will start his new role on 1 April and aims to continue Nokia's transformation journey
- Nokia plans to axe up to 14,000 jobs, around 450 in Finland
- Nokia's headquarters is located in Espoo, Finland.
